Who I am
I’m Joshua. I live in New York and like making things with a point of view. I’ve worked in software sales and real estate, which taught me how to listen, ask better questions, and follow an idea all the way through. These days I’m applying that energy to my own projects.
What I’m doing today
Since January 2026 I’ve been making my own projects: websites, shirts, and other things I want to see exist. I’m interested in the whole process, from the first weird idea to the finished object.
Designing and building small sites from scratch.
Making ideas that can leave the screen and be worn.
Collecting ideas, testing them, and keeping the ones that still feel good.
Past work
Worked on a new sales motion and partner pipeline as PayEm shifted its GTM approach. Focused on MSP partners and worked with product, marketing, and revenue teams.
Led market expansion for enterprise data protection and compliance. Worked across product, marketing, and leadership to turn field insight into product strategy and positioning.
Structured multifamily housing loans across FHA/HUD, bridge, and mezzanine financing. Built relationships with investors and developers, sourced opportunities, and helped move deals from term sheet to close.
Closed 60+ new logos across five verticals, doubled annual quota in consecutive years, and doubled conversion rates through more focused outbound. Named top performer in 2021 and reached President’s Club in 2022.
